General Terms for Weekdays, Mondays - Thursdays
Airport Transfer / Point-To-Point Rates
The Company provides a flat rate, known as the Basic Airport Transfer or Point-To-Point rate for pickups and drop-offs servicing most major airports or a direct, one-way trip. This rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding fifteen (15) minutes. On airport transfers, your reserved vehicle is dispatched according to the flights estimated time of arrival as provided to the Company and/or the contracted affiliate transportation company by each respective airlines automated system (Company is not responsible for any delays caused by the airlines automated system or otherwise). Billing shall revert to the Company's prevailing hourly rate at the hourly minimum, see below, in the event the Client is delayed, the Client requests additional stops, or the waiting time is exceeded beyond the allotted fifteen (15) minutes. A service fee may be applied to all international customs flights (excluding flights traveling to or from Canada).
"As Directed" (Hourly) Rates
For travel between locations other than to/from airports, the Company utilizes its As Directed rate which is based on the Company's prevailing hourly rate with a three (3) hour minimum charge plus Travel Time. (A four to six (4-6) hour minimum applies to all stretch limos, passenger vans, party buses, mini-coach and motor coach service.) The contracted time cannot be changed to fewer hours after the reservation has been taken. Trips ending before the contracted time are NOT subject to a refund. We do not prorate fares. Travel time begins when the vehicle leaves the garage and terminates upon the vehicles return in thirty (30) minute increments. For further information on the Company's As Directed rate, or travel time estimates pertaining to your specific travel destination, please contact us directly.
Changes / Modifications / Rescheduling
Changes to reservations can be made by email, through our online website, via our text messaging service, by voicemail and/or over the phone and are only valid if you receive a reply or confirmation acknowledging the specific change, modification, or rescheduling by office staff only (changes made directly to drivers are NOT valid). We require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the scheduled pickup time for any changes/modifications/rescheduling . This minimum notice time does NOT apply to any changes/modifications/rescheduling made to same-day reservations and require an IMMEDIATE reply or confirmation acknowledgment within 1 hour of request. Same-day changes are not guaranteed due to limited scheduling and availability of drivers/vehicles. Full fares/charges/fees may still apply to same-day changes. Please note this in cases of missed flights or delayed flight connections as once driver is en-route/on-the-way, you may still be charged full fare/charges/fees.
Additional fees apply on the following items but are not limited to Early Morning/Late Night pickups (10:30pm-7:30am), Child Seat Rentals, Extra Stops, Wait Time and Late Cancellations.
We require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the scheduled pickup time in order to avoid late cancellation charges. Cancellation notice times vary from a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours depending on location and the contracted affiliate transportation company used. Please contact us for your particular destinations cancellation notice policy. For Europe, Central & South America, we require twenty-four (24) hour advanced notification. For the Far East and Australia, forty-eight (48) hours will be required. Late cancellations are charged at the respective minimum hourly rate for each market and specified vehicle type. If the reservation(s) is cancelled within the required time parameters, it is the Clients responsibility to obtain a cancellation number, given at the time the order is cancelled, in order to avoid late charges.
All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Road, traffic and weather conditions are beyond the control of the Company, the contracted affiliate transportation company and the Chauffeur, and no refunds shall be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the control of the Company or the Chauffeur. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 300.00 minimum. Parking and toll fees apply. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Complimentary vehicle upgrades to larger vehicles like a luxury SUV, stretch limo, etc. may be substituted on sedan orders due to vehicle availability.
